Account details (name, work email, organization), billing details (processed by our payment processor; card numbers are tokenized in-browser and never reach SMEPro servers), operational data you submit to the Services (for example well, lease, and filing records), and usage logs.
To provide and secure the Services, process payments and subscriptions, generate the outputs you request (including regulatory filings you direct), provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Payments are processed on iosmcp.com by our payment processor (Finix Payments). The processor receives the card data directly via in-browser tokenization; SMEPro receives only a token, the transaction outcome, and billing metadata.
Service providers under contract (hosting, payments, email), regulatory agencies when you direct a filing, and authorities where required by law.
We retain account and billing records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal/audit requirements. Data is encrypted in transit; access is role-restricted and logged.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting admin@smeprotech.com. Deletion is subject to records we must keep by law.
