You can cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. Charges for the current period are non-refundable once the period has begun, except as described below or where required by law.
Within 30 days of the initial annual charge, you may request a full refund if the Services have not been used to submit a regulatory filing. After 30 days, annual plans may be canceled for the following renewal.
A per-report charge is refundable until the report is generated for submission. Once generated, it is non-refundable.
Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full, contact admin@smeprotech.com with the statement descriptor (e.g. SMEPRO* REPORTING) and date.
Refunds are issued by SMEPro Technologies LLC (merchant of record) to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
