IOS+ ("the Service"), operated by SMEPro Technologies ("we"), provisions Model Context Protocol (MCP) server blueprints from natural-language descriptions and optionally hosts them as live MCP endpoints. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, deployment tokens, and connector secrets, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You may not use the Service to access systems you are not authorized to access, to transmit malware, to violate applicable law, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt the Service. Connector bridges may only target APIs and systems you are authorized to use. We may suspend deployments that present abuse, security, or legal risk.
Free and paid plans include a monthly credit allowance consumed by tool executions, workflow sessions, and deployment activity as described in the product. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. When credits are exhausted, live deployments pause automatically. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain all rights to your blueprints, descriptions, and configurations. You grant us the limited license necessary to store, process, execute, and display them to operate the Service. Exported code scaffolds are yours to use without restriction.
Tools executed through connector bridges call systems you configure. You are solely responsible for those systems, their credentials, and the consequences of calls made to them by AI agents you connect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for the actions of AI agents connected to your deployments.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 5–9 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: admin@smepro.app.
